Full job description
Advertising Sales Manager role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing advertising partnerships in Malaysia. Requires 5-7 years of digital media sales experience in the Malaysian market, strong performance marketing background, and ability to build and manage sales pipelines. Responsibilities include selling multiple products, managing client relationships, forecasting revenue, collaborating with account management and product teams, and negotiating contracts. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.
What you'll do
- Sell multiple products to clients by identifying the right stakeholders
- Build relationships with brand and performance focused Agency contacts
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business and revenue
- Collaborate with SEA Advertiser Account Management team to manage client expectations and campaign delivery
- Provide field intelligence to Product Management for feature development
- Manage presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts within the Malaysian market
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success selling digital media in the Malaysian market (5-7 years)
- Strong media background with a focus on performance marketing
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian media industry with strong market connections
- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies, building pipelines, and prioritizing sales activity
- Confident presenter with ability to deliver engaging sales pitches
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data and influence clients
- Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced environment
- Team player engaging with multiple stakeholders including Account Management, Marketing, Legal, and Product
