Full job description

Advertising Sales Manager role in São Paulo office focused on growing business from brands and media agencies by providing Taboola's marketing solutions. Requires 5-10 years sales experience, preferably with Brazilian/LATAM clients, strong deal structuring and negotiation skills, programmatic experience, and fluency in English. Responsibilities include generating new business, managing pipeline and forecasts, understanding client organizations to offer multiple products, coaching sales team, and collaborating with account management and product teams. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Benefits include health insurance.

What you'll do

  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting of new business closure rate
  • Understand clients’ organization and offer multiple Taboola products by finding the right stakeholders
  • Gain excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystem to explain product benefits
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Coach and mentor sales team members
  • Interact with the Account Management team to manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Work closely with Account Managers to manage long-term client relationships
  • Convey client feedback to Taboola’s product team regarding product development needs

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in a key sales position, preferably selling solutions to Brazilian / LATAM clients
  • Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals
  • Experience within the digital media space is a great advantage
  • Experience independently building, pursuing and closing a large pipeline of leads from advertising brands and agencies
  • Technologically savvy with ability to learn what is needed to support deal’s successful implementation and optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop
  • Programmatic experience
  • Fluent English
