Advertising Sales Manager role in Tokyo responsible for building and growing strategic partnerships with advertisers and agencies in Japan. What you'll do

  • Identify, pitch, and close new advertising deals with brands and agencies
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and introduce them to Taboola’s platform
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecast business outcomes with accuracy
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth campaign setup and delivery
  • Share on-the-ground insights with product teams to influence new features and improvements
  • Lead contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management across the Japan market

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling in the Japan market within a tech or online media environment
  • A strategic mindset with experience planning and executing effective sales strategies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor pitches to client needs
  • Confidence in using data and analytics to guide decision-making and influence client outcomes
  • A proactive and driven approach to building pipeline, closing deals, and driving revenue
