Full job description

Advertising Account Manager role on the Enterprise Account Management team in Sydney (Barangaroo). Fixed-term 12-month contract covering parental leave with potential for permanent. Responsible for managing a large book of Tier 1 brand and agency clients to deliver results using Taboola Realize platform. Requires 3+ years client-facing account management or sales experience in tech, media, or agency. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, time management, and communication skills needed. Bonus for experience with DSPs, Google, Meta, campaign optimisation, and knowledge of Australia/New Zealand media agency landscape. Responsibilities include client consultation, business growth analysis, quarterly reviews, campaign launches, management, creative asset handling, and reporting. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Benefits include local perks and working with major publishers and advertisers.

What you'll do

  • Lead relationships with a large, dynamic book of Tier 1 brand & agency clients
  • Proactive consultation with clients, providing insights and recommendations
  • Analyse book of business to identify growth opportunities and upsell products
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic plans with key accounts
  • Facilitate technical requests to Ad Ops for campaign launches
  • Manage campaigns to help clients meet goals, budgeting, and scaling
  • Manage creative assets including RSS feeds, tracking codes, images, headlines
  • Create and analyse custom reports for clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a client facing account management or sales role, working for a tech vendor, publisher, media owner or agency
  • Strong analytical skills with interest in data analysis to improve results
  • Commercial acumen and comfort discussing budgets and strategies
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills (handle 15-20 accounts)
  • Confident presenter with outstanding communication skills
  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms (DSPs, Google, Meta)
  • Bonus: Hands-on platform and/or campaign optimisation experience
  • Bonus: Understanding of the media agency landscape within Australia and New Zealand
