Full job description
Advertiser Account Manager role based in Seoul office managing Tier 1 brand and agency clients. Requires minimum 5 years client-facing sales or account management experience, strong sales and analytical skills, excellent time management, native Korean and English communication skills, and experience with revenue KPIs. Responsibilities include client communication, campaign launches and management, creative management, proactive consultation, reporting, quarterly business reviews, and business growth analysis. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Experience with native advertising platforms and ad-operations is a plus.
What you'll do
- Day-to-day communication with agencies and clients for upselling activities
- Campaign launches including technical requests to Ad Ops (conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing)
- Campaign management to help clients hit goals, budgeting and scaling
