Seeking an Advertising Account Management Director to lead a team in Bangkok focused on SEA market growth strategy. What you'll do

  • Manage and develop the account management team based in Bangkok
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets focusing on client retention and scaling existing advertising book of business
  • Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, career development, coaching and mentoring of the team
  • Oversee internal education and training programs for team members
  • Understand business goals for book of business and anticipate needs to deliver optimal solutions
  • Attend quarterly business reviews and strategic meetings with key clients
  • Elicit client feedback and act as internal advocate for clients
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technical Support teams to create positive client experiences and drive ongoing development of client solutions
  • Work closely with Sales Director and Country Manager to develop market penetration strategies, identify new business opportunities, and scale operations across SEA markets

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital advertising space
  • Outstanding relationship management and client service skills preferably with expertise of brands within premium agencies
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to translate big data in a commercial and simplified fashion
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong network within SEA and TH markets (bonus)
  • Prior experience directly leading teams or demonstrated leadership qualities from leading projects and initiatives (bonus)
