Full job description
Lead the Level 2 Advertiser Support team by managing, coaching, and developing technical support engineers. Provide hands-on technical guidance to resolve complex issues and act as a liaison between Level 1, Level 3, Product, and R&D teams. Drive AI initiatives and shift-left strategies to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities. Stay updated on product changes and industry trends. Requirements include 5+ years leadership experience, strong technical support background, advanced SQL, APIs, Kibana, Grafana skills, and excellent communication. What you'll do
- Manage and lead the Level 2 Advertiser Support team
