Full job description

The Turkey Enterprise Advertiser team is seeking an Advertising Sales Manager with 4+ years of advertising sales experience focused on direct marketers, brands, and agencies in the Turkish market. The role requires native-level Turkish and fluent English, strong sales drive, and a proven track record of closing deals with senior decision-makers. Responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, developing customer-led strategies, presenting and selling Taboola Realize advertising products, forecasting business closure rates, and collaborating with account management. Strong AI, Excel, and presentation skills are essential. The position is full-time with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office). What you'll do

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from the ground up
  • Hunt new logos, chase warm leads, and leave no stone unturned to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a customer-led strategy with top brands and media agencies across Turkey
  • Present and sell Taboola Realize advertising products in sponsored content and video brand placements
  • Develop and deliver a strategy and accurately forecast new business closure rates
  • Work closely with team lead to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Interact with the account management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management

Requirements

  • Native level Turkish and fluent or professional English
  • 4+ years of strong advertising sales experience focused on direct marketers, brands and agencies
  • Knowledge of the Turkish media agency and brand landscape
  • Proven track record of delivering results and successfully closing negotiations with senior decision-makers
  • Passion for digital advertising and ability to build strategic, long-term partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills to drive influence with concise, data-backed messaging
  • Existing agency and client contacts within the Turkish market are a significant advantage
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Strong AI, Excel and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and willingness to keep learning
