Full job description

Temporary Maternity Leave Replacement role as Advertiser Account Manager in Tel Aviv. Requires 4+ years client-facing experience in digital media/brand marketing, proficiency in Hebrew, strong relationship management, technical aptitude for multiple platforms, analytical skills, and familiarity with Israeli digital advertising market. Responsibilities include managing enterprise brand accounts, driving revenue growth, monitoring campaign performance, client strategy calls, and cross-team collaboration. What you'll do

  • Work closely with top enterprise brands and agencies in the Israeli domestic market
  • Assist clients in reaching their business KPIs
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth at scale within a book of accounts
  • Monitor content and video campaign performance
  • Conduct weekly and quarterly calls to guide clients on strategy and optimization
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience client-facing in digital media/brand marketing
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Hebrew
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Strong technical aptitude for managing multiple platforms
  • Analytical abilities to draw conclusions from data to enhance performance
  • Experience with performance-driven advertising and campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with the Israeli digital advertising market
