Full job description

The AdOps Trafficking Specialist role in Gurgaon involves setting up and managing marketing campaign configurations to ensure smooth ad delivery. Responsibilities include campaign creation, budget setup, banner creation, tracking testing, pre-launch checks, and issue escalation. The role requires adapting to product/process changes, maintaining checklists, identifying campaign issues, and improving automation. Shift work covering APAC, AU, EMEA & US regions is required, including night and weekend shifts. Candidates should have 1+ years in ad operations, experience with queue management and SLAs, ability to work independently and in teams, strong communication, process orientation, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of 3rd party rich media vendors (DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking), basic HTML, Flash, JavaScript, and digital advertising products is a plus. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model.
