RTB House seeks a mid-level Quality Assurance specialist for digital advertising banners. Responsibilities include evaluating and auditing static and animated banners for technical and aesthetic quality, verifying compliance with guidelines, reporting bugs and visual issues, collaborating with design and support teams, and performing daily quality control in a two-shift system. Requirements include 3 years of experience in QA or digital ad operations, strong attention to detail, basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, fluency in Polish and English, adaptability to shift work, and good communication skills.
