Full job description
Digital Turbine is seeking an Ad Ops Manager for its Performance team based in Beijing. The role involves leading traffic and monitoring for user acquisition campaigns, assisting with new campaign launches, managing campaigns daily to meet client KPIs, optimizing campaign performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with Product and R&D teams. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing), at least 2 years of experience, preferably in analytics or mobile advertising, strong interest in mobile advertising and monetization, passion for mobile technology including iOS and Android apps, excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a positive, energetic attitude. The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring candidates to be local to Beijing.
