Full job description

Digital Turbine is seeking an Ad Ops Manager for their Performance team in Beijing. The role involves managing the campaign lifecycle, optimizing performance, providing strategic communication, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating cross-functionally with Analytics, Tech, Account Management, and Product teams. Candidates should have a BA/BS in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing (preferred), 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Ad Tech, analytics, or mobile advertising, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. The position is hybrid and requires candidates to be local to Beijing.

What you'll do

  • Lead traffic and monitoring UA campaigns, ensuring seamless launches in partnership with our Launch Team
  • Actively manage campaigns daily by analyzing data trends to ensure pacing, hitting client KPIs, and maximizing margins
  • Provide transparent campaign updates to Account Management teams, translating performance data into actionable insights and helping set realistic client expectations
  • Troubleshoot backend issues, ensure proper tracking, and investigate campaign drops to maintain delivery
  • Partner with Analytics, Tech, and Account Management teams to ensure optimal execution
  • Work closely with Product to identify issues, test new features, and refine tools

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Preferred background in Ad Tech, analytics and/or mobile advertising
  • Strong interest in mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem
  • Passion for mobile technology, iOS and Android apps, gaming, advertising
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Self starter, positive attitude, energetic, with sense of humor
