Smadex is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Manager for a hybrid role based in London, Barcelona, or Berlin. The candidate will partner with the EMEA AdOps Associate Director to lead operational excellence, risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and budget protection. Responsibilities include mentoring campaign managers, troubleshooting complex issues, data-driven decision making, executive communication, and cross-departmental alignment. Requirements include 5+ years in ad tech/ad operations, experience scaling teams, hands-on programmatic DSP experience, strong data-driven skills with Excel, excellent English communication, mentoring experience, familiarity with EMEA markets, and legal right to work in the UK/EU.
