Ad Operations Market Lead role based in Madrid. Lead and develop the Spanish Operations team. Oversee branding and performance campaign execution and optimisation. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and campaign performance. Implement best practices and improve workflows for operational efficiency. Provide technical support to Client Success with campaign analysis and troubleshooting. Act as main Operations contact for Spanish market leadership collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operational Excellence. Requires 7+ years in Ad Operations or digital advertising with at least 1 year managerial experience, strong programmatic advertising expertise, hands-on campaign management, people management skills, KPI and SLA management, knowledge of Spanish advertising market, and fluency in Spanish and English.
