Full job description

Verve is hiring an Ad Operations Coordinator to join their operations team. The role involves analyzing and optimizing mobile app partner performance, assisting clients with ad SDK integration and launch, monitoring programmatic demand metrics, troubleshooting live ad campaigns, generating reports, and collaborating with other departments. Candidates should have about 1 year of experience in digital advertising or mobile apps, be comfortable with Excel, interested in databases and SQL, detail-oriented, and client-focused. A bachelor's degree is required. The position is full-time with a hybrid work policy requiring three days in-office per week for Greater NY-area residents. Salary range is $60,000 to $66,300 USD. What you'll do

  • Analyze and optimize mobile app partners’ performance
  • Assist clients with integration, testing, and launch of ad SDK
  • Monitor key revenue and performance metrics for programmatic demand
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with live ad campaigns
  • Execute metrics reports to inform key decisions
  • Contribute ideas for improvement of technologies and processes
  • Liaise with other departments (product, finance, etc.) to execute initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required
  • Relevant internship/work experience preferred
  • Experience working with digital advertising and/or mobile apps (~1 year)
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Interest in learning to work with databases
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work directly with clients
