Full job description

TripleLift is seeking a mid-level Accounts Payable specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor relationships, and assist with month-end close. Requires 3-5 years of AP experience, preferably in software services/products, proficiency with accounting software (Tipalti, Bill.com, Tallie), and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently across time zones. The role requires working the 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift.

What you'll do

  • Review, process, code and verify the accuracy of invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Ensure entirety of vendor profiles in AP systems
  • Resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Assist with month end close
  • Perform ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in accounts payable
  • Experience in software services or products company is a plus
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as Tipalti, Bill.com, Tallie is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple time zones
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Worksheets
  • Comfortable working in the 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift
