Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle high volumes of vendor invoices, ensure correct coding, and support timely payments across multiple entities
• Perform account reconciliations, support month-end / quarter-end close, and assist with variance analysis
• Match invoices to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal policies
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth payment processes
• Manage multi-currency transactions and collaborate with teams across regions and time zones

Requirements

• 3+ years in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or a similar finance role, ideally in a global or multi-entity environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Ability to work across multiple financial platforms
• Experience working with multiple currencies, international vendors, and global billing structures
• Ability to collaborate across time zones
• High level of accuracy managing high-volume financial data
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, perform reconciliations, support reporting, and explain variances
• Comfortable working with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
