Full job description
Accounts Payable Processing Clerk role in Tokyo, Japan. Full-time, hybrid work model. Responsible for processing and paying suppliers in Japan and Korea, supporting other APAC entities. Tasks include invoice processing, payment runs, vendor account management, and communication with Purchasing Center. Requires minimum 1 year accounts payable experience, proficiency in Japanese and English, SOX environment experience, and knowledge of SAP and Readsoft. What you'll do
- Ensure timely invoice processing considering all period closing deadlines
- Ensure data accuracy for invoice processing (GL accounts, cost centers, payment terms, bank details) and payment runs
- Flag areas for correction with relevant teams
