Full job description

The Account Analytics Analyst will manage analytics work for various clients and products within Epsilon Digital Media Solutions. Responsibilities include supporting data-driven strategies to grow client and company business, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization, performing hands-on data manipulation and custom analysis using SQL, and training internal teams on analysis interpretation. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Client Integration, Media Delivery, and Product teams. Candidates should have 2+ years relevant experience, preferably with agency or client-facing background, knowledge of online advertising systems and methods, proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and Tableau or similar BI tools. What you'll do

  • Account management of analytics work across various clients and products
  • Support data driven strategy to grow client and company business
  • Provide actionable insight to marketers for campaign optimization and analytics
  • Hands-on data manipulation and custom analysis using SQL
  • Train and coach Account Management and Sales teams on analysis interpretation and communication
  • Manage multiple client accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Client Integration, Media Delivery, and Product teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Studies in analytical discipline (social sciences, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, advertising measurement)
  • Agency or client-facing experience
  • Experience with customer transactional or loyalty data
  • Knowledge of online advertising delivery systems and methods including remarketing and behavioural targeting
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office products
  • SQL or other coding language
  • Tableau or other Business Intelligence/Data Visualization platform
  • Understanding of the Adtech industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • 1+ years agency experience
