Full job description
Full-time internship in Accounting & Finance at Refinery89, located on-site in Madrid. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, expense processing, and maintaining financial records. Candidates must be eligible to sign a Convenio de Prácticas with their university for the full internship duration and commit to working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on-site. No prior professional experience required; full training provided. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good English communication are required.
What you'll do
- Record and process incoming invoices in Accounts Payable across different entities
- Support bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process employee expenses in accordance with company policies
