Account Strategy Intern role supporting campaign management for key clients alongside Account Strategist. Responsibilities include campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, performance tracking, reporting, client and internal communications, troubleshooting, learning company products, and supporting internal teams. Requirements: fluent Portuguese, comfortable English, eagerness to learn, ownership, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, adaptability, clear communication, proactive attitude, logical thinking, and willingness to improve. What you'll do
- Assist with day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, and basic optimizations
- Track performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve results
- Support reporting and help prepare insights for internal and client discussions
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings, learning how to manage communication and strategy
- Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
- Learn Criteo’s products, solutions, and tools, building technical and media knowledge over time
- Work with internal teams (AX, TS, CS, CCS, Product) to support ongoing tasks and requests
- Help organize and manage operational workflows and priorities
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable communicating in English
- Curious and eager to learn, with genuine interest in understanding how and why things work
