Full job description
Internship position supporting Account Strategists in operational and strategic management of retail media advertising campaigns for leading retailers and brands. Responsibilities include campaign activation, optimization, client relationship support, internal coordination, project management, and market analysis. Candidates should be students in business, communication, engineering, or equivalent, with some digital, retail, ecommerce, or data experience preferred. Required skills include French fluency, professional English, strong analytical and communication skills, organization, curiosity, teamwork, client orientation, and attention to detail. What you'll do
- Participate in launching, configuring, and monitoring Retail Media campaigns (Sponsored Products, display formats, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare simple recommendations under supervision of an Account Strategist
- Assist Account Strategists during client meetings (reviews, weekly points, new solution presentations)
- Contribute to preparation of presentations: reports, insights, sector analyses
- Help with daily operational management: document updates, data collection, activation follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Analytics, Product) to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Participate in creation of internal documents (processes, guidelines, best practices)
- Monitor Retail Media innovations, ecommerce trends, and Criteo product developments
- Produce simple benchmarks or ad hoc analyses (shopper behaviors, category performances)
Requirements
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, école de communication, école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire
- Une première expérience en digital, retail, ecommerce ou data est un plus
- Français courant
- Anglais professionnel (écrit & oral)
- Intérêt fort pour la publicité digitale, le ecommerce et les technologies AdTech
- Compétences analytiques : aisance avec les chiffres, capacité à interpréter des données
- Excellentes capacités de communication orale & écrite
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle, sens de l’organisation, rigueur
- Curieux(se), envie d’apprendre et de monter rapidement en compétences
- Esprit d’équipe et bonne coopération transversale
