Full job description
Account Strategist DACH, Performance Media role based in Barcelona. Hybrid full-time position. Responsibilities include strategic account management for medium sized advertisers and media agencies, client partnership development, advising on digital strategy, optimizing account performance, analyzing KPIs, and promoting innovative multiscreen solutions. Requirements: fluent German and English, minimum 1 year sales/client service experience preferably in tech, performance marketing experience preferred, strong phone sales and client relationship skills, comprehensive sales cycle knowledge, interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to work in dynamic environment, passion for new media and internet trends, strong MS Office skills. What you'll do
- Provide strategic account management to medium sized advertisers and media agencies
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels from CMO to Traffic Manager
- Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices
- Pursue both individual and team goals
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and identify growth opportunities
- Analyse a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs
- Use market knowledge to support client’s long term development
- Exploit disruptive multiscreen solutions designed by engineering teams
- Promote innovative cross channel perspectives to inspire client growth
- Act as a consultant to create successful campaigns aligned with client strategic objectives
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English both spoken and written
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field
- Ideally prior experience in Performance marketing
- Excellent phone based sales experience required
- Client facing relationship experience appreciated
- Comprehensive sales cycle experience from discovery to prospecting to sign-on
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
- Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
