Xapads Media seeks an Accounts Receivable Executive with 3-4 years experience in high-volume sales invoice processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Tally ERP. The candidate must understand Indian taxation laws including GST compliance, TDS, and MSME payment guidelines. Responsibilities include sales invoice processing, client registration, invoice verification, GST and TDS application, GST return filing assistance, customer receipt allocation, collection forecasting, 26AS reconciliation, customer ageing and follow-ups, highlighting long-pending receivables, monthly unbilled revenue and client ledger reconciliations, coordination with multiple teams, and maintaining records for MIS and audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA Finance, mandatory expertise in SAP B1 and Tally ERP/Prime, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, MSME rules, and advanced MS Excel skills. The role is full-time and on-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
