Full job description

Vistar Media, a global digital out-of-home advertising marketplace, seeks an Account Manager based in London. The role involves supporting clients to maximize use of the Vistar Media platform, driving platform adoption, managing campaigns, and providing optimization and trading recommendations. Candidates should have experience in digital advertising technology and trading, including programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking, and attribution. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics are required. What you'll do

  • Become a platform expert for the Vistar Media suite of products
  • Respond to briefs in a timely and effective manner
  • Work across a diverse set of clients, responding quickly and effectively to their needs
  • Drive uptake of the platform and engagement from buyers of digital advertising and programmatic traders, ensuring seamless ability to transact
  • Proactively support with optimization and trading recommendations
  • Run managed service campaigns when needed, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Proactively set deals across supply, creating unique proposals for buyers
  • Provide best in class managed service work
  • Build strong relationships with the client base

Requirements

  • Understanding of digital advertising technology and trading; programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking and attribution
  • Trading background
  • Ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand solutions
  • Strong communication skills to lead clients new to programmatic out-of-home (prOOH)
  • Self-motivation and determination to grow a small business unit within an international support framework
  • Proactive attitude
  • Agility to respond to differing sales and support needs, business models, and client profiles
  • Team player willing to contribute to organizational success
  • Calm under pressure and patient in communication
  • Confidence in presenting technical, product, and commercial solutions
