Mediavine is hiring an experienced Account Manager for the Publisher Success team. The role involves managing publisher accounts to drive retention, growth, and revenue. Responsibilities include building relationships, providing data-driven insights, delivering business reviews, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Requirements include 2+ years in Customer Success or related field, experience with Google Suite, Slack, CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce, strong communication and analytical skills, and availability for occasional travel (20%). The position is fully remote with comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $55,000 to $115,000 USD per year.
