Full job description

Account Manager, Demand Solutions role based in London, UK with a hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office). Responsible for managing strategic relationships with DSP partners and selling premium programmatic deals across display, video, audio, CTV, and native inventory. Support agency sales teams with campaign management including setup, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and reporting. Requires 2+ years experience in digital media with strong programmatic knowledge, sales orientation, communication skills, analytical ability, and professionalism. What you'll do

  • Build, manage, and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, agencies, publishers, and third parties
  • Work internally with demand, publisher, media planning, and product account teams to grow RTB revenue, launch and troubleshoot campaigns
  • Create campaign briefs and provide relevant insights and solutions to meet client needs
  • Evangelize buying techniques through programmatic infrastructure and build new business opportunities
  • Market new publisher inventory to buyer networks and drive publisher revenue
  • Evaluate the evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas and opportunities to guide business strategy and growth
  • Educate and train clients on Magnite product solutions and inventory launches
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to needs, solicit feedback, and meet commitments
  • Provide end-of-campaign reports and insights to buyers
  • Use independent judgment to identify effective methods and contribute to demand team goals
  • Anticipate needs of sales teams and wider organization by providing actionable data insights and efficient workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in digital media with hands-on experience and deep understanding of programmatic and media
  • Sales-oriented mindset focused on identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to pitch and deliver presentations to key stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills to use data to drive better decisions and unlock revenue
  • Innovation capabilities with original thinking and creativity
  • Professionalism and ability to react well under pressure
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
