Full job description
Kargo is hiring an Account Manager for their Customer Success team to manage performance marketing campaigns on social media for Retail, eComm, and Travel clients. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in New York. Responsibilities include supporting Account Directors with campaign management, optimizing social media campaigns, analyzing performance data, communicating with stakeholders, training users on Kargo Commerce software, troubleshooting technical assets, and providing product feedback. Candidates should have 2-3 years of Facebook advertising experience, knowledge of performance marketing goals and methods, experience with dynamic catalog ads, strong analytical and Excel skills, and effective communication abilities. Knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and Kargo Commerce is a plus. Salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 USD.
