Yieldmo seeks a mid-level Account Manager for its demand Client Services team to manage and grow advertiser partnerships, focusing on programmatic and managed service advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams, upselling creative formats, supporting advertisers on campaign setup and optimization, analyzing campaign data, resolving client issues, tracking account metrics, staying updated on industry trends, representing the company at events, and working with Product and Engineering on enhancements. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 3+ years in digital advertising account management with programmatic ad tech experience, strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking pixels, and ad exchanges, excellent communication, analytical skills, proficiency in CRM, AI tools, Google Suite, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to grow and retain advertiser partnerships, focusing on managed service, programmatic guaranteed and non-guaranteed PMP revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional creative formats and creative tech to existing clients
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to advertisers on campaign setup, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertiser inquiries, escalations, and technical issues, resolving them timely and effectively
  • Track and report on key account metrics including spend, KPIs, campaign delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform account strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements based on client feedback and market demands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, preferably within the programmatic ad tech ecosystem with a strong background in managed service
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, third-party tracking pixels, and ad exchanges
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with advertisers at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software, AI tools, Google suite, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
