StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Specialist to manage client relationships, drive platform adoption, oversee campaign management, and identify account expansion opportunities for Enterprise brands and agencies. Responsibilities include acting as the main client contact, leading RFP processes, driving up-sells, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimizations, client mapping, campaign setup and troubleshooting on the StackAdapt DSP, identifying upselling opportunities, and participating in meetings and training. Requirements include 5+ years experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic (DSP, Ad Network), experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads or DSP self-serve, proven client relationship management and revenue growth, experience with multi-million dollar budgets, RFP process experience, up-selling skills, technical communication ability, and travel flexibility.
