Full job description

Account Manager, Demand Solutions role based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office). Responsible for managing programmatic and managed service advertising campaigns across OLV, Connected TV, Display, and Audio platforms in the Canadian market. Acts as primary client contact, analyzes campaign performance, supports RFP processes, and collaborates with sales and publisher teams. Requires 2-4 years marketing/advertising experience, client relationship management skills, knowledge of ad tech ecosystem, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proactive mindset. What you'll do

  • Develop deep expertise in Magnite’s OLV, Connected TV, Display, and Audio advertising solutions
  • Launch, optimize, and oversee high-volume managed service and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms within the Canadian market
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Analyze performance data, generate cross-platform reporting, and proactively troubleshoot to drive campaign success
  • Deliver insightful post-campaign analyses to inform optimization strategies and encourage repeat business
  • Support the RFP process by forecasting inventory, curating strategic site lists, and recommending ad solutions aligned with client KPIs
  • Create and enhance sales collateral to support new business development
  • Collaborate with Publisher Account Management to uncover growth opportunities across clients and partners
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and external marketing efforts
  • Represent Magnite at industry events to strengthen brand presence and market visibility

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising
  • Experience managing client relationships in a professional setting
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both in person and via email
  • Foundational knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem (programmatic & ad trafficking experience is an asset)
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian online publisher landscape
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and drive solutions internally and externally
  • Bilingualism in French is an asset
