Full job description

Account Manager role in Demand Solutions team based in Singapore with a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office). Requires 3-4 years experience in programmatic media buying, preferably with agency, DSP or SSP experience. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and campaigns, educating clients on offerings, monitoring pipeline and revenue, acting as client contact and expert, identifying growth opportunities through data analysis, reporting campaign insights, and troubleshooting campaign issues. Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the Demand Facilitation team to manage client relationships and campaigns; pre-sale and post-sale via in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Help educate clients on Magnite’s offering and supply
  • Monitor pipeline and revenue tracking and manage progress toward the team and company goals
  • Act as the go-to point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and their campaigns
  • Strategically identify opportunities around account growth through leveraging data analysis
  • Provide campaign reporting, insights and updates on a regular basis
  • Help troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks preventing successful delivery and performance for a campaign

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years in programmatic media buying
  • Work experience at an agency, DSP or SSP is a plus
  • Solid experience in G-Suite (Sheets/Slides) and MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint), including pivot tables, chart-making, manipulation of large data sets and presentation slides
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software is a plus
