Full job description

Vistar Media seeks a mid-level full-time client-facing professional based in Hamburg with hybrid work arrangements. The role involves supporting and onboarding clients, consulting on strategic plans, conducting client health checks, and liaising with internal and external partners to optimize advertising campaigns using digital advertising technologies such as programmatic, mobile, data, and attribution. Candidates should have a degree in business or marketing, at least 2 years of client-facing experience, fluency in German and English, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude. What you'll do

  • Daily client contact to support smooth running of advertising campaigns
  • Onboard new clients with platform run-through tailored to their needs
  • Consult clients on strategic plans, recommend new technology & features, and provide best practices
  • Conduct client health checks to ensure maximum platform utilization
  • Communicate with internal teams (creative design, development) and external partners (media owners, data & tech providers)
  • Identify and build strong relationships with clients and industry network
  • Advocate for the platform and product

Requirements

  • A degree in business, marketing or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
  • Service-oriented attitude with ability to build effective relationships
  • Technology-first mindset, keen to understand digital media industry
  • Proactive and able to support organization through change and ambiguity
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Understanding of digital advertising technology including programmatic, mobile, data, and attribution
  • Based in Hamburg and able to work from the office (hybrid)
