Full job description

Account Manager, Client Success role focused on SpringServe, a premium streaming adserver. Responsibilities include managing client success, onboarding, troubleshooting, educating clients on platform functionality, analyzing performance data, and maintaining client communication. Requires 2+ years in customer support or digital advertising, technical support experience for SaaS clients, knowledge of video advertising including CTV, SQL, and Python (preferred). Position is full-time with a hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office) based in New York, NY. Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus and equity.

What you'll do

  • Own client success on SpringServe, building trusted relationships and helping clients drive adoption, performance, and growth
  • Assist in client onboarding for assigned accounts; coordinate timelines, requirements, testing, and go-live readiness with internal teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and goals, translating needs into tailored SpringServe setup and success plans
  • Educate and advise clients on SpringServe functionality and ad tech best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and workflow issues, acting as primary point of contact and escalating when needed
  • Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights, creating reports and recommendations to optimize client strategy and execution
  • Provide responsive, high-quality client communication, proactively managing risks, setting expectations, and ensuring follow-through on commitments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support and/or digital advertising
  • Experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising at an agency, adserver, DSP, or SSP is a plus
  • Experience providing technical support for clients of a SaaS platform
  • Knowledge of video advertising including CTV
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Python (a plus)
  • Highly motivated, outcome-focused mindset with accountability, ownership, and urgency for results
  • Analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-starter mentality and eagerness to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Eagerness to undertake new challenges impacting the business
