Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level Account Manager for a contract role based in Prague with remote work possible. The role involves managing client relationships and campaigns for large e-commerce companies in the CEEC region, focusing on performance marketing using AI and Deep Learning technologies. Responsibilities include negotiating business terms, up/cross selling products, providing campaign transparency, creating remarketing strategies, and collaborating with technical and sales teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in online advertising, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Czech or Slovak. The position offers long-term B2B cooperation and the opportunity to work in an international, award-winning company.

What you'll do

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the CEEC region
  • Up/cross sell campaigns and products to ensure account growth
  • Provide transparency over campaign performance to client representatives
  • Create remarketing strategies for different verticals
  • Develop professional technical knowledge related to RTB House solutions and digital marketing developments
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure superior campaign performance

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing
  • Experience with incrementality & H2H tests, multi touch attribution models and MMMs
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships
  • Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight timeframe
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional professionalism and business acumen
  • Ability to keep an open communication, particularly when working remotely
  • Proficiency in English and Czech or Slovak (C1 or above)
