Full job description

The Sales & Account Management team seeks an experienced professional to manage strategic publisher accounts in the AdTech industry. Responsibilities include driving account growth, managing post-sales lifecycle (onboarding, integration, optimization, troubleshooting), advocating for clients across internal teams, identifying business challenges and solutions, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and improving operational processes. Requirements include 4+ years in AdTech, experience in global teams, analytical account management skills, understanding of programmatic technologies (SSP, DSP, openRTB, Ads.txt, Supply Chain Object), entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem-solving, multitasking, and autonomy.

What you'll do

  • Drive the growth and long-term success of strategic publisher accounts
  • Manage the full post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, optimization, and first-level troubleshooting
  • Serve as the primary client advocate, collaborating across Product, Analytics, Quality, Global, and Demand teams to resolve issues, ensure campaign inventory, and drive new revenue opportunities
  • Proactively identify business challenges and propose strategic solutions that align with client goals
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and value
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve operational effectiveness and elevate internal process efficiency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience within the AdTech industry
  • Proven experience working in a global, distributed team environment
  • Experience in managing customer accounts with an analytical and consultative approach
  • Good understanding of the programmatic landscape including SSP, DSPs, IAB standards like openRTB, Ads.txt, Supply Chain Object
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solver and multitasker who remains cool under pressure
  • Highly autonomous individual who takes initiative, rolls up their sleeves, and demonstrates full ownership of their role
