LoopMe is seeking a mid-level Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure campaign delivery meets objectives, and drive account growth. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships, providing campaign analysis and strategic insights, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and escalating client needs. Candidates should have 2-3+ years in digital advertising client services, proven client retention and growth success, strong communication and project management skills, and interest in campaign analytics. Experience with programmatic revenue, ad agency workflows, ad operations, and AI tools is a plus. The role is full-time, hybrid (Tues–Thurs in Chicago office), with a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 and benefits including healthcare, 401k, flexible vacation, and learning support.
