Full job description

The Account Manager role in Customer Success and Operations works directly with advertising agency partners to execute campaigns meeting client targets. Responsibilities include managing the full campaign life cycle, collaborating with Sales, Creative Services, and Programmatic Ad Operations, building agency relationships, delivering performance reporting and insights, producing end-of-campaign reports, partnering with Sales on media plans and strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and maintaining accurate records for invoicing. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field, 2+ years of digital media experience in account management, media planning or customer service, knowledge of ad tech and programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce, and Jira, strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder management skills. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment with occasional in-person collaboration expected within commutable distance to the office in Sydney, Australia.
