Full job description

The Account Manager role within Customer Success and Operations works directly with advertising agency partners to execute campaigns meeting client targets. Supports sales team to ensure campaign cycle performance meets client expectations, while educating and building agency relationships. Responsibilities include launching and managing campaigns on GumGum's platform, delivering performance reporting and insights, producing end-of-campaign reports, partnering with sales on media plans and strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Jira. Requires bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field, 2+ years digital media experience in account management, media planning or customer service, knowledge of ad tech and programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce and Jira, strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder management skills. Flexible work environment with option for in-office or remote work within commutable distance to office.
