Full job description
LoopMe is seeking a mid-level Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure campaign delivery aligns with objectives, and drive account growth. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships, providing strategic insights and campaign analysis, identifying upselling opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and escalating client needs. Requirements include 2-3+ years in client services within digital advertising, success in client retention and growth, strong communication and project management skills, and interest in campaign analytics. Experience with programmatic revenue, ad agency workflows, ad operations, and AI tools is a plus. The role is full-time, hybrid (Tues-Thurs in Union Square office), with a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 and benefits including healthcare, 401k, flexible vacation, and learning support.
