Account Manager responsible for client-facing relationship post-sale. Deliver client service through campaign management, relationship development, retention, and upsell. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Maximize client retention, consult on new offerings, and drive upsell revenue with reporting and insights. Manage campaign launch process including kickoff, strategy, asset collection, optimization, and reporting. Use Salesforce and internal systems for campaign data accuracy. Support client onboarding with demos and training. Analyze data and market trends for campaign recommendations and upsell opportunities. Support regional growth goals and act as primary client contact. Work under Manager of Client Services and collaborate with other Account Managers. Requires 3+ years in digital media, client services or account management, proficiency in Salesforce, ad servers, brand safety tools, PowerPoint, Excel, strong communication and organizational skills, BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred. Salary range $75,000 - $90,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. Role is hybrid based in Los Angeles, California.
