Account Manager role in Warsaw reporting to Regional Sales Lead. Responsible for managing, growing, and retaining a portfolio of clients. Understand customer needs, anticipate challenges, develop strategies, and drive business goals. Manage resources to meet objectives, identify upselling opportunities, and maximize profitability. Requires strong interpersonal, networking, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Must understand digital marketing, programmatic media-buying, and local competitive landscape. Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CRM and CMS systems required.
