The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value. They manage daily client interactions and coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables on time and budget. The role requires 3-5 years of client services/account management experience in marketing or advertising, knowledge of digital and multi-channel marketing, campaign management, and operations management. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. The position is full-time, hybrid remote based in Colorado, with an annual salary range of $68,000 to $110,400.
