Full job description
RTB House is seeking a mid-level Account Manager for its Paris office. The role involves managing online advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing and RTB model, providing dedicated account management to clients in France, creating retargeting strategies, consulting clients, assisting with campaign launches, negotiating terms, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance. Requires 3+ years experience in client-facing ad-tech or e-commerce roles, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with analytics tools, DSPs, ad servers, tracking tools, and generative AI tools. Fluency in French and English is required. The position offers a hybrid work model, competitive compensation, benefits including health insurance, lunch vouchers, sport budget, and a flexible work environment. Travel is approximately 10%. The role reports to the Account Management Team Lead and collaborates closely with sales and technical teams.
