Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid-level Account Manager for its Bucharest office to manage relationships and negotiate with large e-commerce clients in Romania. Responsibilities include up/cross selling campaigns, providing campaign performance transparency, creating remarketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in online advertising and performance marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Romanian and English (C1+). The role offers stable long-term cooperation on a B2B contract and the chance to work with a leading AI-powered ad tech company.

What you'll do

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in Romania
  • Up/cross sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts
  • Provide transparency over campaign performance for client representatives to ensure premium customer service
  • Create remarketing strategies for different verticals
  • Develop professional technical knowledge related to RTB House solutions and digital marketing developments
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure superior campaign performance

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships
  • Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight timeframe
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Exceptional professionalism and business acumen
  • Ability to keep an open communication, particularly when working remotely
  • Proficiency in Romanian and English (C1 or above)
