Full job description

RTB House is hiring a mid-level full-time remote sales/account management professional based in São Paulo, Brazil. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, supporting campaign lifecycles, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, reporting performance, negotiating business terms, upselling, and driving projects. Requirements include experience in account management, e-commerce or retargeting, strong communication and negotiation skills, problem solving, advanced Excel skills, a good track record, self-motivation, and advanced English. What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention
  • Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations
  • Ensure timely payments
  • Negotiate business terms and doing upsell
  • Push optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals
  • Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance
  • Drive company-wide or local projects in account management
  • Build expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in account management
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or in retargeting
  • Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
  • Some experience in developing others would be an asset
  • Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
  • Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
  • Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
  • Advanced English
