Full job description
Account Manager responsible for growing existing business by delivering excellent client service, strategic insights presentations, and maintaining operational excellence. Collaborate with sales, trading, product, and analytics teams. Key duties include crafting insight reports, identifying growth opportunities, supporting client portfolios, strengthening client relationships, managing projects to meet client demands, collaborating internally for product diversification, leading meetings, and driving innovation. Requires minimum 3 years experience in advertising technology or media planning, preferably with programmatic advertising knowledge. Must have commercial experience growing business, strong presentation skills, fluency in French and working English, and familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek MDX, Microsoft Office, with Salesforce and JIRA preferred. What you'll do
- Craft and present insight reports blending campaign performance and business challenges
- Identify incremental opportunities to grow accounts and strategize new solutions
- Support portfolio of clients ensuring optimal performance and campaign pacing
- Strengthen client relationships and support Sales in building new client rapport
- Work with regional pod to meet client demands and deliverables on time
- Identify gaps and establish strategic processes for new product rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams across regions for thought leadership and product diversification
- Attend trainings and complete accreditation modules to maintain product knowledge
- Build rapport with Sales and Trading teams on commercial pod
- Lead weekly pod syncs and regional client performance review meetings
- Articulate company’s agnostic approach and trading technology to clients
- Collaborate with senior team members to support key accounts
- Strategize within AM department and commercial pod to grow client business
- Stay informed on client industry news and attend earnings calls to act as trusted advisor
- Engage with new suppliers or products to build relationships and enhance team knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising highly preferred
- Understanding of digital ecosystem and vendor-agency-advertiser dynamic
- Commercial experience growing business from one-time deals to strategic partnerships
- Strong presentation skills with ability to turn data points into compelling media stories
- Fluency in French and working standard level in English
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Sizmek MDX
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce and Atlassian JIRA understanding preferred
- Experience with Tag Management Systems a plus
