Full job description

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service and value creation. The role involves daily interaction with clients and internal SMEs to ensure quality deliverables across business units. Responsibilities include executing clients' marketing strategies, coordinating deliverables on time and budget, leading status calls, managing campaign traffic and resources, and supporting marketing activities. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in client services or account management within advertising or marketing. Must have knowledge of online/offline creative production, digital and multi-channel marketing, campaign management, operations management, and client relationship management. Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is preferred. This is a full-time remote position based in Colorado with an annual salary range of $68,000 to $110,400. What you'll do

  • Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients
  • Daily contact with clients and internal SMEs
  • Ensure quality of client deliverables across various business units
  • Day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and deliver high quality work on budget and on time
  • Serve as key point person for deliverables for internal teams and clients
  • Ensure marketing and support activities are executed timely and efficiently
  • Lead status calls and manage campaign traffic and resource capacity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department
  • Working knowledge of online and offline creative development and production
  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Experience with multi-channel/integrated marketing
  • Campaign management of large, complex email initiatives
  • Operations management including leading status calls and traffic management of campaigns and resource capacity
  • Relationship/client management skills
  • Accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to think operationally and strategically; analyze issues and use sound judgment
  • Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
