Full job description
Customer Success Manager/Account Manager role based in London, UK. Responsible for managing client accounts, campaign delivery, analysis, reporting, and driving account growth. Key duties include client relationship management, upselling, retention, project coordination with internal teams, performance monitoring, and problem solving. Requires minimum 4 years experience in account management or customer success in digital media, experience with YouTube and campaign metrics, strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
What you'll do
- Ownership of the named accounts, responsible for every aspect of campaign delivery: client management, campaign analysis, reporting, post campaign reports, QBRs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
