Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid-level full-time sales professional to manage client accounts and achieve performance and business objectives. Responsibilities include building client relationships, translating client goals into media strategies, monitoring campaign performance, responding to client requests, managing stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities, reporting campaign status, and handling orders and payments. Candidates should have 4-6+ years in digital advertising or related fields, knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, DSP, MMP, strong analytical and communication skills, and professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage client accounts to ensure both performance and business objectives are achieved
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on trust, alignment, and business growth
  • Translate client goals into actionable media strategies across various industries based on data analysis
  • Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, closely monitoring campaign margins and scalability
  • Respond to client requests professionally and timely, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Take ownership of account performance, proactively identifying issues and driving improvements
  • Manage and align multiple stakeholders including clients, Sales, and TAM teams to ensure smooth execution and expectation alignment
  • Identify growth opportunities for upselling existing clients based on their needs and performance, recommending additional solutions
  • Report on campaign status regularly to direct manager with clear rationale and recommendations
  • Manage orders and payment processing, ensuring timely service delivery and proper handling of financial matters

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital advertising, media agency, ad tech, or brand-side performance marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in digital media, tools, and programmatic area such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, DSP, MMP
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, especially in client-facing or account management roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently manage accounts and campaigns
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional Mandarin proficiency
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Working experience with MS Office and G Suite
